Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days after your order ships. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, which is how we keep prices low.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–4 business days to show updates after it's issued.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, holidays, or customs inspections can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us at orbexa.tiendas+pupandpath@gmail.com and we'll reship it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
