Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us at orbexa.tiendas+pupandpath@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo of the item and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't need to return the item.

Order never arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll reship it or issue a full refund.

Change of mind

You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email us first at orbexa.tiendas+pupandpath@gmail.com and we'll send you the return address — please don't send items back without contacting us, as returns sent to other addresses can't be processed. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Size issues

Please check the size chart before ordering. If the size doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you with an exchange or return under the "Change of mind" terms above.
